Good Morning Vietnam

Following the success of last year’s Good Morning Vietnam, Hanoi Hannah’s one-off brunch is back, this time partnering with hospitality social enterprise Streat for feasting to feel good about.

Joining forces for a worthy cause, Hanoi Hannah's Executive Chef Anthony Choi is teaming up with Streat’s Head Baker Didiet Radityawan to create a modern interpretation of Vietnamese brunch.

Guests can choose from a range of breakfast creations like lobster and garlic butter banh mi, or wild mushroom and truffle banh xeo, a crispy Vietnamese pancake. Pastries and a Vietnamese-style coffee will be designed by Streat, and guests will be able to make it a party with Bloody Mary’s, mimosas and brunch punch bowls available for purchase.

There are three seatings available 9:00am, 10:30am, and 12:00pm and proceeds from each Good Morning Vietnam seating will be donated to Streat with all staff volunteering their time on the day.
