Motley Bauhaus

Intimately curated winter performances with a live Q&A showcasing the exceptional and diverse musical artistry of Naarm at The Motley Bauhaus.

On Friday 12th July we are excited to be hosting sister duo Tatafu, who will be bringing their rnb/soul magic to the stage.

Tatafu sisters, Liona and Janna are hitting Melbourne venues hard with their own twist on old school tunes and selected rnb/soul tunes of today. The two sisters are known to bring life and love to every stage they perform on, evidently proving their chemistry on stage is nothing new.

The ‘pocket’ harmonies that they are so well known for have been drilled into them since childhood. Brought up in a musical household, their childhood consisted of performing in family bands and church bands around Australia.

Tickets for this unique and intimate event are $20 with a complimentary mulled wine. Spaces are extremely limited so we recommend booking early to avoid missing out. Concession prices available.

Doors: 6:30pm. Please be aware that the performance will begin at 7PM sharp! We ask that you arrive at least 15min beforehand to check in with box office and receive your complimentary glass of mulled wine.

Haus Musik is a new and unique Naarm-based series hosted by multi-disciplinary arts space and gallery, The Motley Bauhaus (Fitzroy North) and curated in collaboration with local musician, Rat Child. This remarkably intimate winter series will take place in the Motley's petite theatre space playing host to a carefully curated selection of feature performances, each with a live Q&A and a delicious brew of Fitzroy North's finest mulled wine.
