Her is the creation of singer songwriter Mish Cat Davie, who is back stronger than ever after a hiatus from the Melbourne music scene to bring up her children.

Mish was a force for many years working solidly with her blues rock bands playing all the major venues in Melbourne, fronting bands like Mother, White Effort, Green, Jewel of the Junk Heap and appearing on numerous TV shows such as Hey Hey Its Saturday, Countdown Revolution, Steve Vizard show etc.

Some of her classic tracks now make up a powerful original set accompanied by some co-written songs with her guitarist Jerome Smith, who formerly played with Divinyls and Keith Richards Expensive Winos & Mick Jagger, Chris d Rozario is a formidable bassist who performs regularly with Ramble Tamble, and has years of experience having played with the Firebird Trio, and Brian Setzer’s Rockabilly Riot to name a few. Drummer, Venom has played with Nick Barker, Electric Mary, Stack house, and well just about every rocking band in the country.

Her has been recently described stylistically as sounding like a cross between Skunkanansy and the Baby Animals, with a touch of Led Zeppelin. So if this is your kind of vibe then come and check her out!
