Honey Degustation 2019

Spoil your taste buds with a 5-course honey degustation hosted by Perth’s top bee keepers. Enjoy perfectly paired meals, handcrafted with our signature Rendezvous honey, farmed locally on the hotel’s rooftop.

What better way to celebrate local produce than experiencing Rendezvous honey in 5 unique dishes. Guests will also be provided with information from the beekeepers about the importance of bees not only for the production of honey but for Perth’s environment.

Cost includes sparkling wine on arrival. The menu consists of, scallops served with corn and honey popcorn, honey baby carrots, twice cooked pork belly with a honey yogurt, duck breast with honey braised apple and to finish it off, milk and honey shortbread.
