Join Unidos De Sydney (UDS) on International Passista Day, as we host our first official rehearsal for Carnaval 2019!

In the lead up to our inaugural Rio Carnaval Parade—in Sydney on Friday 15th March 2019—we will be celebrating the International Dia Do Passista (Day of the Passista) by putting together a full day of samba, open to the whole community!

In Brazil, the party starts long before Carnaval. In Sydney, it will be no different. We'll have passista workshops, bateria workshops, activities for the kids, food stalls, and performances. If you'd like to bring the family along and just absorb the atmosphere, while soaking in the sun—come and have a Brazilian lunch on the lawn.
