Come along to the 2019 Kathmandu Kids Charity Fundraiser!

Tickets include all of your food and drinks for the evening plus entertainment and access to many amazing main and silent auction items. And every cent of that goes to helping people in need in Nepal. Follow the links below to get your tickets now.

On top of funding education programmes, we also assist in establishing better communities to provide its residents with a more promising future. This includes training and resources to the parents so that they families can stay together.

Our goal this year: $50,000!

We do this by every sponsor donating their services or goods 100%. This means that every single cent can go towards work on the ground in Nepal.

Over the past nine years, money raised has gone towards:
- School fees for approx. 175 children in the Kalimati slums and 100 children in the Jhapa region
- Transport to and from school for the Kalimati community.
- Uniforms, shoes, bags, books and stationery for the school kids.
- Development, rebuilding and operation of a classroom on site at the slum to introduce the kids and their parents to the benefits of education.
- Establishment of a training centre to teach the parents candle making, sewing and English. Recently, over 50 women graduated from the sewing class and most are now employed using these skills.
- We recently bought a fleet of bicycles in the Jhapa region to diminish the 90 minute walk (each way) for some of the kids. This also reduces the risk to the kids from animal and human predators.
