Our kids ninja school holiday program covers all ability levels, from beginners to advanced. Run by our ninja coaches, kids will learn all the basics such as swinging, kipping, landing, exercises to build grip strength, endurance and balance, combined with some exercises to help increase their body awareness and strength.

Session format:
Sessions are run by our ninja and obstacle coaches, with the format roughly as follows:
- Warm up
- How to fall/land safely lesson
- Obstacle coaching
- Ninja warrior/obstacle course
- Cool down

Pricing:
- $30 for a single session kids ninja school holiday program
- $80 for a 3 session/weekly pass kids ninja school holiday program
- $90 for a 3 session/weekly pass kids ninja school holiday program plus a kids “The Compound Ninja” T-Shirt!
- All sessions purchased must be used in this 3 week period
- Class sizes are capped to ensure the sessions run as per program. Bookings are essential!
