5-Day Kids Yoga School Holiday Program

Monday January 7th - Twists & Turns
Tuesday January 8th - Balances & Standing Postures
Wednesday January 9th - Triangles & Warriors
Thursday January 10th - Backbends & Forward Bends
Friday January 7th - Challenging Yoga Postures

The program is for kids aged 5–13 years old! Come along once, 2x, 3x, 4x or 5 days in a row for a fun yoga adventure of learning and movement!

Family discounts available. Pay on the day or via direct debit. Each day the class will focus on the above particular group of yoga postures! We will practice the postures of the day & learn a little bit about them!

Class Outline:
- Welcome meditation, quiet time to focus
- Warm-up game
- Yoga postures - practice the postures for the day & learn a little about them
- Relaxation (& breathing exercises)
- Fun & relaxing drawing/colouring activity to finish the class!

Taught by Fiona Filippelli who takes the weekly kids yoga classes here in Fairfield during school term. She has over 10 years experience teaching yoga to children and is a fully certified yoga teacher with a great background in classical hatha yoga. She loves sharing the gift of yoga with kids of all ages.
