If you were a fan of rock 'n roll champs The Vasco Era, you must love Localles! A Melbourne five-piece, with Ted O'Neil and Michael Fitzgerald linking up with John Waller (Rat & Co), Paul Doery (The Exploders) and Jackson Gray (I Know The Chief) to form a talented supergroup.

And this supergroup is performing for one of the biggest free Summer music gigs Apollo Bay has seen so far! Localles is not your everyday band. There is something more behind their feel-good rock ‘n’ roll. All five of them have different musical backgrounds and they know how to use this in their advantage. They all bring ideas to a new song, and together they transform the song into something unique with various genres.

A couple of their big hits were "Coriander", a bite-size piece of indie-rock telling the story of the Honeymoon period of a relationship, and "Wishing Well", an outlet of emotions by Ted O'Neil. When Ted faced some series of health grievances a few years ago, the song "Wishing Well" was born. The song is about always wanting what you don't have, "the grass is always greener on the other side". But it's also a statement about positivity, about how things can be better if people work together.

Currently, Localles is working on a few new singles, which will be coming your way soon! New emotions are written down and creativity is being used to form their new big hits. Experience the best of Localles this early January at the Great Ocean Road Brewhouse. It will be a night of fun and good times. Plus some very special guests, Matt Bourke and the Delusional Drunks, are coming along to warm up the audience.

100% of raised funds are donated to CFA.
