Lucy Burke Single Launch With Peta Mai

Peta Mai has the honour of appearing on the bill with Lucy Burke when she launches her latest single at the Vanguard on September 22nd.

Taking eclectic inspiration from country, rock and R&B, Peta blends driven grooves with soaring vocal melodies and classic instrumentation to forge a bold sound that is rich and engrossing, without sacrificing catchiness or mass-appeal.

Singer Songwriter Lucy Burke will be launching her latest single 'Calm Before the Storm'. Besides her latest single and video, Lucy plans to perform several other selections from her wide-ranging repertoire. Borrowing inspiration from a wealth of musical sources that range from The Beatles to Lana Del Rey and everything in between, Lucy blends jazz, pop, and ambient stylings to arrive at her distinctive sound.
