A guided lunchtime relaxation and meditation held in our upstairs wellness centre. A nice ambience with quiet music and candles. Facilitated by our naturopath Emma Wright. Sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday at either 12:30 or 1pm for a express 20-minute session. Find your special sanctuary in the busy city life. Come and join in the fun. Special until end of December buy a 10-visit card, save $8. Use within 3 months.
