We are a Newcastle-based 4-piece function band ready to bring a fresh and up-beat sound to your next event.

With styles ranging from Soul, Blues, Rock, RnB and Pop our setlist can range all the way from punchy funk grooves to powerful vocal-driven anthems all the way to delicate soulful ballads. We can play to any venue big or small. If having drums isn’t your style we can swap it out for a cajon to bring you a more stripped back, chilled out set.

Mak consists of Jamie Razon (lead vocals), Lachlan Baita (guitar), James Burgess (bass guitar) and Luke Barnier (drums + backing vocals).
