Start 2019 in a positive way! Over four consecutive nights in January, Resident Teacher, Kadam Mick Marcon will give commentary to, and guide meditations on The Four Immeasurables; immeasurable equanimity, love, compassion and joy. Through practicing these meditations we can solve our daily problems coming from anger, jealousy and attachment. Eventually, through transforming our mind into the four immeasurables we will enjoy the sublime inner peace and happiness of full enlightenment! Everyone is welcome to attend any or all the sessions.

Timetable:
Sun 13th, 7:00–8:30pm
Immeasurable equanimity
Equanimity is an equal concern for other and not a mere indifference. When we gain equanimity we shall see all being as equally precious and as a result we shall experience great peace and happiness!

Mon 14th, 7:00–8:30pm
Immeasurable love
Since living beings are countless, so are the benefits of immeasurable love. Love is the great protector. It protects us from jealousy, attachment and selfish intention, finally our love for others will transform into universal love of a Buddha with the power to bestow benefit on countless living beings.

Tues 15th 7:00–8:30pm
Immeasurable compassion
Everyone needs to be good-natured with a good heart, because in this way we can solve our own problems as well as those of others, and we can make our human life meaningful.

Wed 16th 7:00–8:30pm
Immeasurable joy
The wish for all beings to attain the everlasting joy of liberation is immeasurable joy.
