Meditation Vessels

Meditation Vessels is an immersive experience, where you are taken through a deep imagining in to a metaphysical journey through the human body and mind. Through verbal cues, you will be prompted to explore your bodies capabilities while experiencing visualisations that will allow a grounded connectivity to both your body and the earth that surrounds.

It starts like a simple mediation class—breath in and breath out—gradually becoming more complex as you are asked to imagine your body as a vessel and what this vessel might look like if it was your body. In your minds eye you trace its contours, pick it up, crawl inside of it, pour out its contents and reshape it, studying its amorphous form.

“It is time now to emerge from the Vessel” Kiera tells you, before you gradually open your eyes and proceed to sculpt your vessel with clay.
