In this meditation, we will receive the healing energy of guidance. Learn how to sustain happiness and peace of mind. Release negative thinking habits. See how you can create yourself with more positive thoughts. You can listen to the wisdom of the angels to calm yourself. Let little things pass without disturbing your inner peace. Become that, ‘peace that passes understanding’. This meeting is a quiet, gentle meditation.

It’s relaxed and fun. No experience needed. All beginners welcome.
