From the 5th October it is Mental Health Week, this course has been formulated to become aware of our own and others Mental Health. There will be methods based around Mindfulness practices to help us stay healthy mentally. The practice of mindfulness is straightforward, practical and one of the key techniques to happiness. But that doesn’t mean you have to put life on hold and commit to hours of meditation to experience its benefits.

In this two day course, we explore different kinds of mindfulness and discover how to turn our every day activities of thought, word and action into mindfulness practices. Tsultrim will help you to understand the purpose of practicing mindfulness and how this helps to build resilience, confidence and wellbeing. You’ll be able to practice at home, at work and with friends and family appreciating each of your experiences with greater awareness, attention, understanding and kindness.

This course is appropriate for anyone wanting to find out more about Mindfulness and how it can help. Everyone is welcome to attend.
