Melbourne’s CBD is always the most vibrant and exciting place to celebrate New Year’s Eve and for those who want to enjoy an indulgent banquet before revelling in the fireworks display, head to Mamasita for a special night to farewell 2019, including an option for a fully vegan menu with a selection of vegan beverage packages to suit.

Guests can enjoy one of two banquet options: The Celebration Banquet features six courses, including the likes of Ceviche Betabel with market fish, beetroot, lime, jalapeños, spring onion and blood orange; Calamari taco with salsa verde, aioli and white cabbage; for mains choose from Short Rib or Whole Fried Snapper with accompaniments, along with four other stand-out courses.

The Vegan Celebration Banquet also features six courses including Macadamia and Cashew Nut Chorizo Tostaditas with cashew crema, pico de gallo; Mole Verde with smoked cauliflower and accompaniments; Jackfruit al Pastor Tacos with salsa verde, pineapple, and three other delicious courses.
