Orcha – Reverie Music Video Launch

Following the release of ‘Reverie’, Orcha invites you to experience the track’s stunning music video—a mesmerising visual mix of colour, light and shape. Directed by Grace Carey, the video depicts Orcha asleep in bed cloaked in hazy, multi-coloured projections, the clip is the perfect visual accompaniment to his atmospheric work.

Violin isn’t something often associated with electronic music, but the work of Melbourne-based violinist Matt Sheers, who goes by Orcha, will certainly challenge that assumption. Using violin as his primary instrument, Orcha crafts experimental, immersive, intricate soundscapes that oscillate between acoustic sounds and electronica. His new single ‘Reverie’, out May 10, while anchored in experimentation, is his most melodic work to date; fuelled by lush vocals and textured melodies, which unfurl into a universe entirely of his own making.
