Parent –Teen Connection – 4-Week Course

We know that adolescence can be a time of turmoil and change—for both children and their parents. There are plenty of things you can do to maintain a strong relationship and stay connected to your teen. This 4 week course will provide you with a practical 'how-to-guide' to help you understand their behaviour and show you some skills to manage their behaviour effectively.

Topics the course will include:
- behaviours and tasks of adolescence;
- developing a helpful perspective on adolescence;
- communication adolescents understand;
- handling conflict; and
- how to minimise discipline

If you are a father going through the separation process we would highly recommend you attend our course 'Survival Kit for Separating Dads' prior to any other parenting course.
