Pasta Classica Masterclass – Dine With Heart

Presented by one of Melbourne’s favourite pasta masters, Danny Tonin (Pasta Classica) will teach punters how to make hand-made traditional pasta, all in the name of raising essential funds for Sacred Heart Mission’s Dine With Heart Month.

Dine With Heart brings together restaurants, bars and cafes across Melbourne in support of Sacred Heart Mission’s Meals Program, which provides hot, hearty meals daily to those experiencing homelessness, social isolation and disadvantage. Costing the mission $4 per dish, all funds raised will support in providing these meals for free to those who need it most.

Attendees will start the masterclass with anti-pasto, crusty bread and Italian soft drinks and sparking, followed by pasta dough making demonstration.
