Join Articulate founder and Principal Physiotherapist Mauricio Bara for these intimate Pilates workshops to take your understanding of the discipline and your practice to the next level.
With roots founded in yoga, Pilates is a beautiful complementary practice for yogis looking to understand and move their bodies in a different way. With a focus on precision, Pilates helps to increase body awareness and strength, improve posture and range of motion as well as increasing overall fitness.
All workshops are suitable for beginners with levels for each individuals needs provided. All mats and props are included.
