Special Guests: DJ Chris Rule, Luke Patch, Write in Binary, 55 Khz + Brkn Fixie (Live Visuals)

Resonant is a night that aims to showcase electronic musicians and sound artists who are pushing the boundaries of live beat based music performances with modular synthesisers and various music hardware electronics, whilst incorporating live projected visuals.

The night is very much about creating a relaxed, safe and welcoming space for all those interested, to be able to experience, socialise, network and have a creative outlet with like-minded people. Each month we have three live audio performers along with a live visual performer, supported by DJ Chris Rule.

This month (May) we have:

- Luke Patch: For many years Luke has been passionately working in his studio towards crafting a live electronic music set utilising an array of hardware and modular synths. Luke draws from the likes of Techno, Industrial and Psychedelic inspirations to weave his own dynamic electronic soundscapes.

- Write in Binary: Featuring Lachlan X. Get ready for some face melting breakbeats covered by an ocean of vocals drenched in sweet sweat dripping wet vibes.

- Perfect cross between harsh braindance and Brian Eno esk ambience.

- 55 Khz: Groove driven dancefloor beats with Detroit, Chicago and European influences but it's own colour and movement.

- Ed (Their Own Devices, Senator) has written music for bands, short film, ads. He's returned to the dancefloor and hopes you too enjoy the simple pleasure of the groove.

- Brkn fixie: Live VJ and modular synth guru will be gracing us with live visuals for the evening. Often using a mash up of analogue generated retro video glitched out as a live performance using computers, hardware generators and controllers. Always a treat!
