Like cherry blossom season in Japan, the Roku Gin Sakura Pop-Up Bar is here for a limited time this spring, popping up over 12 nights this September and October in a new location in Surry Hills.
Enter a world of beautiful cherry blossoms and enjoy a menu of six specially-created Roku Gin cocktails. Each cocktail has been created with hanami in mind—the cherry blossom viewing that Japanese locals and visitors adore for a few weeks in spring every year.
From Thursday to Saturdays, book in to enjoy a Roku cocktail of your choice with a dinner bento and dessert by KOI Dessert Bar. The hanami bento is a set meal box which is traditionally how the Japanese enjoy hanami with friends, family and co-workers under the cherry blossom trees.
Our friends at KOI are also taking inspiration from hanami to create an exclusive Roku Gin sakura dessert—exclusively available at the Roku Gin Sakura Pop-Up Bar.
