With a combined 10 years organising countless unique events, this special night showcases both crew’s refined taste and expertise to bring you a once in a lifetime multi-sensory experience.

Both committed to pushing the sounds and visions of the forefront of experimental electronics, focused in deep bass, complex jungle influenced breaks, avant-garde IDM and immersive audiovisual environments, we present two of the most forward thinking artists of this era of music-for-speakers:

Ruby My Dear
One of the more recent artists to find themselves in the ranks of artists like Aphex Twin, Autechre and Venetian Snares alongside contemporaries Max Cooper and Rob Clouth, Ruby My Dear (real name Julien Chastagnol) broke through in 2010 with his outstanding remix of DJ Shadow's cult classic "Building Steam With A Grain Of Salt", handpicked by Shadow himself to be included on the DJ Shadow Remix Project released on his label Deconstruction Productions. Setting the tone for his future releases with sharp, hyper-complex rhythms, intricate melodies and haunting alien ambiences, he promptly followed up his debut with over 10 EPs and 3 full albums universally praised by bass, “folktronica" and DnB/breakcore lovers alike.

Strictly a live performer, his high intensity shows combine digital and analog hardware elements (as well as singing, live drumming, strings and bass for performances of Borderouge, Digital Velvet and Igorrr collabs) to present unique takes on his released material as well as improvised passages of visceral bass and mindbending beats at full power and volume.

Mindbuffer
MindBuffer (Joshua Batty & Mitchell Nordine a.k.a Mind Tree) is the product of an obsessive submergence deep within the oceans of audio visual computer coding...this combined with a fetish for sensory overload, years of collective experience within popular DAW's such as Logic and Live, and a history of professional performance in jazz trumpet and violin. This manifestation of experience and understanding leads to some of the most hi-tech, cutting edge and immersive performances to date. MindBuffer thrives on intricacy and innovation, integrating self-generative and recorded audio, 3D reactive visuals, stage lighting and laser beams; all grown from the ground up on self developed software. MindBuffer have performed/collaborated with artists such as Rob Clouth, Opiuo, Si Begg, Trifonic and Andy Thomas, and have performed at festivals such as Burning Man (Nevada), Resonate (Belgrade), and White Night.
