Experience Sacred Sounds, an immersion journey and an afternoon of sound bath bliss with Indi, Shiva, Anam, Isha and special guest Yogi Dev.

Enjoy this 4-hour retreat beginning with Nada Yoga – The Yoga of Sacred Sound, with special guest Yogi Dev. Nada yoga explores the boundaries and relationships between sounds and our state of consciousness to create harmonious communication between mind and heart, healing and balancing on many levels.

You will be guided on the Nada Yoga journey, which draws your awareness from the larger soundscapes on an inwards path, deeper and deeper through subtle sound layers and finally while deeply resting listening to your inner sound (nada).

Yogic pranayama (breathing) techniques will be shared to support and explore the deep inner sound (nada) and as you directly experience the first glimpses of your inner sound. A truly beautiful experience.

A light afternoon tea will be provided before we delve deeper into rest and relaxation with Sound Bath Immersion. Indi, Shiva, Anam and Isha will use a fusion of crystal bowls, gongs, didgeridoo, drums and chimes which harmonise in sweeping waves and gentle rhythms to relax frayed nerves, rest weary muscles and allow the mind to drop stories and stress for a more silent and still space.

Allowing the mind to come to a restful space brings forth feelings of relaxation and mental expansion. As the movement in the mind slows down and quietens there is room for wonderful inner states of greater awareness, clarity and calmness.

Scientific studies show that sound can produce changes in the bodies autonomic, immune, endocrine and neuropeptide systems. Sound Bath Immersion will nurture you in sound that soothes the nervous system and brings the body into harmony and balance. The result is a sense of peace, heightened awareness and a deep rest and relaxation of the mind and body.

Tuning in to the felt sensations of the body and becoming mindful of what is appearing in the here and now opens a doorway into inner silence and stillness. We encourage our guests to cultivate attitudes of being gentle, curious and welcoming to the sensations that arise and disappear in the moment.
