A free event, is the perfect forum to address environmental issues and celebrate the local surroundings. 'Carte Blanche' and local artists use found objects and interesting recyclable materials to create installations to exhibit on the vast sand scape at Scarborough. The foreshore, mangroves and tides are the inspiration for the outdoor artworks and sculptures.
