Seraphim Trio With Martin Alexander

Over the last two decades, the Seraphim Trio—violinist Helen Ayres, pianist Anna Goldsworthy and cellist Tim Nankervis—has become one of Australia’s most acclaimed and admired chamber ensembles. Noted for their intelligent programming and deep knowledge and love of chamber music, the Seraphim Trio never fails to delight audiences. This special concert celebrates the Trio’s formative years as students at the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM). They are joined for this program by recent ANAM alumnus, violist Martin Alexander.

Having completed his Masters in Music at the University of Massachusetts, Martin Alexander performed in the ACO Collective before pursuing further study at ANAM and participating in the Sydney Symphony Orchestra’s Fellowship program. Together, these outstanding musicians perform Mozart and Dvořák masterworks of the piano quartet repertoire.
