Shared Tables Gala Ball

Currently in its twenty-fifth year, Shared Tables will hold their annual Gala Ball at Peninsula by Atlantic Group offering an occasion to frock-up and dine on delicious cuisine. The Gala Ball promises to be a very special evening; bringing together some of Melbourne’s finest chefs and award winning internationally renowned singers Michael Cormick and Claire Lyon.

The black-tie night will also recognise a spectacular dance from Spectrum Talent and show band Radio Circus performing all-time favourite hits. Shared Tables is furthermore delighted to acknowledge entertainer and singer Tim Campbell as MC for the evening.

The menu voyage starts with canapés by Mat Macartney (Head Chef Tommy Collins by Atlantic Group), first and second entrée by Tim Young (Head Chef Matilda) and Nick Mahlook (Executive Chef The Atlantic Restaurant), main course by Ollie Hansford (Head Chef Stokehouse) and dessert by Executive Pastry Chef Atlantic Group, Lisa Van Zanten.

Shared Tables Gala Ball is known and loved for its famous after party with various food and drink stations offering the latest culinary trends and socialising into the early hours of the morning. After party is presented by The Atlantic Group Executive Sous Chefs – Trevor Knight and Hamza Hamzali.
