Simone Craddock – Birth of Blues

WA-born Londoner, Simone Craddock, is known on the British jazz scene for her unique song stylings and irrepressible sense of humour. From Ronnie Scotts to the West End, Simone's dual career in Jazz and Theatre has taken her across the UK, Europe, Asia and The States for the last twenty years.

Tonight, Simone joins forces with Adrian Galante (piano & clarinet), Danny Moss Jr (bass) and Bronton Ainsworth (drums), for some whiskey-toting, hip-swaying rabble-rousers from the likes of Nina Simone, Johnny Cash, Ray Charles and Amy Winehouse. From spirituals of the Deep South, to country, rock n roll, saucy originals and blues-feel standards, no one can resist the rhythmic lure and laughter of the blues!
