Spring, a perfect time to deepen our Self-Love practice and step into our authenticity with so much grace, love and tenderness. In this 2-hour workshop you will learn how to build a loving and empowering relationship with yourself. We have a beautiful Self-Love expert guest speaker; Rosie Chehade from the Happiness Lifestyle.

Rosie Chehade is the founder of the Happiness Lifestyle and is a Certified Transformational Wellbeing Coach, Holistic Health Practitioner and Leadership Mentor. She is also the creator of Rise + Thrive, a transformational mastermind for women in leadership.

She is a spiritual advisor for CEO’s and women in business and facilitates group intensives for transformation and women’s empowerment. She has also led wellness retreats and workshops centered on mindfulness and conscious living both nationally and internationally.

Rosie holds a masters in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is a senior accredited mentor of the unique and proven Enhances Awareness Program with an emphasis on Awareness, Health + Healing.

Rosie has made it her life’s work to support people in awakening to their wholeness and expressing that fully in the world.

We will explore:

- Radical self-acceptance and self-love practices.
- Clearing the self-imposed limitations, self-doubt, comparison and shatter the glass ceiling that are keeping you from achieving the things you truly desire.
- The power of your self-talk and how to shift your inner dialogue out of criticism and judgment and into love and acceptance.
- Balancing giving and receiving and healing patterns of over-giving.
- Developing a healthier and more reverent relationship with your body, where you’re both accepting of yourself and your body image.
- Inner child healing and releasing old stories of what makes you unlovable.
- The importance of balancing ‘being’ and ‘doing’ and how you can slow down and reconnect with yourself.
- Living more from your heart, listening to your inner voice and discovering new ways to support yourself with self-care and self-love practices.

“The more I practice Self-Love the more I connect to the deepest parts of my soul.” - Alana Arvanitis, Founder of The Self-Love Movement.
