Learn how to bottle up your own delicious Summer fruit for only $10 per person!
Be instructed by bottling experts in a personalised session, get shown how to prepare & cook fruit in order to successfully preserve fruit to enjoy the following season.
Bottle up 1 jar of fruit to take away each session, preserve extra bottles for $5 each (limit 3 bottles per session).
Bottling sessions run hourly each day between 10am - 2pm. Each session runs from 30 - 45 mins, depending on group size - cooking time additional (please add on 40 mins after to wait for your bottles to be cooked and slightly cooled before ready for collection).
Bookings preferred but not essential.
Spots are limited per session, Max of 30 per session.
Choice of seasonal fruit used for bottling session (peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots & more - all freshly picked from the orchard!)
