TAFE Queensland Graduation 2019 - Gympie

Congratulations graduating class of 2019! TAFE Queensland is proud to invite you to attend the end of year graduation ceremony.

Held in December, the 2019 graduation is your opportunity to formally celebrate your achievement with your family, friends and fellow students.
This is a momentous occasion shining a light on the dedication you have shown to accomplishing your career goals and the valuable contribution you will be making to our society now you are qualified, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Due to limited seating, students are limited to inviting three guests to support them on this significant day.

Both graduate and guest tickets can be purchased through this site. You will need to have your course name, student number, USI number ready.

If you are concerned about your eligibility to graduate, you can speak to your teachers and they will advise you.
If you would like your name printed in the Graduation booklet you will need to register by midnight Wednesday 20th November.
If you are a diploma student, you will need to register by COB Wednesday 26th of November to ensure you receive the correct fitting gown and mortar board. We will hold a very limited amount of spares, but cannot guarantee that they will be the correct fit.

Ticket sales for all Certificate graduates close Friday 29th November, guest tickets will close Sunday 1st December, unless otherwise sold out. Refunds are available up to 1 day before graduation.

Order of proceedings as follows:
4.00pm Arrival for Graduand registration (all students), gowning (if Diplomas) & Photos. Bar open.
4.30pm Graduand registration closed
4.40pm Graduand briefing in theatre
4.50pm Guest to be seated
5.00pm Doors close and Graduation Ceremony begins
5.30pm Post ceremony celebration, entertainment and food provided
7.00pm Gowns to be returned
