A six-day seafood celebration led by internationally esteemed, award-winning Chef Tony Khoo, Taste of Asia is a curated feast of fresh, locally-sourced Singaporean-themed seafood—a buffet of classic and modern South-East Asian cuisine.

Dishes include mirin and sake cured trout, steamed mussels with refreshing coconut and lime dressing, BBQ pork Singapore noodle salad, and wok fry chilli crab with mantou, baked sambal fish and much more.
