Terrace Home Street Party

Come along and join in a morning of fun at Stockland’s Calleya community.

To celebrate the launch of The Terraces, Calleya will host a mini street party with new open homes to tour. Be one of the first 150 guests to arrive and enjoy a complimentary coffee and choice of individual grazing board or a potted succulent to help turn your house into a home. There will also be outdoor seating to relax after a busy morning.

The Terraces offer the best of both worlds with each terrace on its own title, low-maintenance front and rear yards, community laneways and pathways connecting to parkland and playgrounds.
