The 2019 International Training Project and Summer School

Nestled in the scenic Karri Trees of the National Forrest near Margaret River, The Lunar Circus opens up a two-week international Training Program and a weekend performance festival to all, where international stars and upcoming artists engage with students and the audience to create a very special experience.

The International Training Project provides the amazing opportunity to train in any discipline of circus no matter the level of ability. There’re over 125 classes everyday over 2 weeks to choose from run by professional qualified trainers from around the world who have been involved in distinguished and acclaimed performance groups. Onsite camping is available, or you could plan a getaway to our beautiful south west corner and enjoy what the remarkable region has to offer.

Classes range from beginner level up to the advanced levels for experienced performers. With a permanent venue offering 4 Big Tops, full size outdoor flying trapeze rig, 8 outdoor but protected aerial rigs, dance studios and numerous quirky venues to inspire the creative process of performance, and over 20 different classes running every hour there is guaranteed something to improve fitness, flexibility and most importantly fun levels!
