On this day course Gen Kelsang Dornying will explain Tantric meditations that enable us to internalise White Tara’s good qualities through the imagination. This course will function as a wonderful introduction to Buddha’s teachings on Tantra.

Although we have endless potential, we often grasp at our limitations and thus experience daily mental pain. However, by drawing out the qualities of Tara that lie within us, we can move beyond these limiting views and enjoy lasting happiness. The blissful world of Tantra awaits us, now we can enter it through White Tara meditation practice. Everybody welcome.
