Due to the demand of our first event, we are excited to announce that our 'Bare It All' series is happening again in March 2019. This time our experts are talking about being 'Body Aware' and knowing when to slow down or make a change for yourself and the environment.

At this event you will also have the opportunity to try, test and sample new exciting snacks and products that have recently hit the health and fitness scene. You may even be one of the first people to get the chance to give your feedback!

Presenters
Fiona Tuck, Nutritionial Medicine Practitioner and one of the most featured nutritionists in the media. Fiona is known for being the 'myth buster' of the health and fitness industry, setting the record straight on so many myths. She is also an author and the creator of Vita-Sol.

Lizzie Bland, founder of Lean Bean Fitness will kick off the event with a barre style workout to help you strengthen the smaller muscles and build a lean and toned body. She will also discuss the benefits of this style of workout for both men and women.

Nikki Gouda, founder of My Moon Box. Nikki will talk us through understanding the root causes of common period symptoms, empowering you with the knowledge and practical strategies to help improve your menstrual health naturally so that you can feel your best all month long.
