About the Dreggs:
Australian Indie-Folk duo Paddy Macrae and Zane Harris formed The Dreggs in 2017. Growing up in the Sunshine Coast with the ocean by their feet, their music is best described as Indie-Folk and Roots, with a little coastal vibe in the mix.

From train-like guitar melodies with a driving beat to smooth harmonies and enchanting finger picking, The Dreggs encompass a whole range of emotion with their music. Since the successful 2018 release of their Seas Embrace EP, The Dreggs have been working on their sound, narrowing their musical scope to a more dynamic style of Folk.

In November 2018, The Dreggs released their single Gold, which landed them a headlining spot at the Agnes Blues & Roots Festival in early 2019 and even further traction. Additionally, The Dreggs have released yet another single, Just For One Night (2019), which kickstarted their Just For One Night East Coast Tour in early February.

With an already incredible start to the year for The Dreggs, the boys have their sights set on the festival scene and broadening their horizons to playing bigger and better shows, as well as traveling to faraway places.

Kicking off the year with a slot at Triple J’s Big Pineapple Festival on the Sunshine Coast, The Dreggs continue to gain momentum in 2019.
