Empowerment: the process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling one’s life and claiming one’s rights. So, what does it mean to be an empowered woman?

- It means to be fearless in the pursuit of her own ambitions and dreams.
- It means having strong healthy boundaries and feeling safe to take up space in this world.
- It means taking full ownership of her story and the life she desires to actualise.
- It means letting go of the past and stepping into the future by being ever so present in the now.
- It means allowing herself to be seen in her full divine expression where she speaks her truth and walks her walk.
- It means she stands tall in her personal power and emanates pure unconditional love and doesn’t let fear get in her way.
- It means embodying all of who she is, her essence, her magic, her darkness and her light so that she is completely liberated and free-flowing in her expansive state.

She. Is. You.

The Empowered Woman.

In this 2.5-hour workshop, you will learn what it truly means to be an empowered woman today and how to step into that space to fully embody the self-empowered woman you are.

Let’s meet our beautiful guest speaker, Yasmin Eve:

"Hi, I'm Yasmin. A storyteller, entrepreneur, mindset mentor, natural born nurturer and I've been obsessed with helping others become the best version of themselves for a very long time.

I first started in the Health and Fitness world, helping people create the body of their dreams, and whilst this job was rewarding, I came to realise there was a whole lot more going on under the surface when it came to results in the gym. This lead me toward an incredible journey learning about mind mechanics, beliefs, behaviours and the difference between people who are genuinely fulfilled and content in life, to those that aren't.

Throughout this period, I went through a massive personal journey of self-discovery, healing and major growth. I realised how lost, unfulfilled and meaningless my life had become. I was anxious, highly sensitive and had a lifetime of suppressed emotion ready to burst out of me. At this point, I felt like I had completely lost hope and all love and respect for myself.

It was at this point, I remember waking up one day, looking in the mirror at myself, just searching for something that represented “me”, with tears streaming down my face, I made the decision to work on finding that person again, the vibrant, confident, fun and free-spirited one I had lost sight of.

And I finally found her. If there’s one thing I’ve learnt, it’s that nothing compares to the joy of being completely free within yourself, to feeling 100% comfortable in your own skin and having the self-belief to do and be whoever and whatever you want.

The best part is, this isn’t as distant as we’ve been taught to believe. It’s much closer, and if anything, that part of you never left, she’s been waiting for you to find her again. All you need to do is make a commitment to yourself, just like I did that day in the mirror, that despite the fear, the worry, and the doubt, you will do this for you."
