Brisbane’s free outdoor fitness series, the Medibank Feel Good Program returns, with a new look timetable and an impressive line-up of health speakers.

Active until 30 March, this year’s program will introduce Wellness Talks led by well-known health professionals such as Jema-Lee from Wellsome, Beatrice Peters from I Quit Being Tired and Karla Gilberts from Iron Mum.

The Medibank Feel Good Program was immensely popular in 2018, with more than 10,000 locals taking part in the free, Brisbane Marketing run initiative. Offering great workouts supervised by professionals from Goodlife Health Clubs, the program aims to help Queenslanders achieve their health and fitness goals and embrace a healthy new mindset.

The 2019 fitness timetable has something to suit all fitness levels with a mixture of low intensity and high energy workouts including Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Bootcamp, Mums and Bubs Pilates, Energy, Tai Chi, Zumba and Aqua Aerobics.

The classes will be held at South Bank Parklands from Monday to Saturday, and at Queens Gardens in the City on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The targeted health talks at the South Bank location are also an exciting inclusion on Saturday 23 February, Saturday 9 March and Saturday 23 March at 10am.

Both the talks and fitness classes go for 45 minutes and can be taken at your choice of pace and intensity. It is recommended that you bring a towel and water bottle to each exercise session, and yoga mat if necessary. Bookings are not required, so check out the timetable and plan your workout now.
