Designed to help creatives, entrepreneurs, start-ups and side hustles to develop the confidence, resilience and inspiration to keep going, this event gathers 6 bold and diverse speakers to share their stories. Not your average self-development event, but a raw and honest look at what it takes to take the path less travelled, how to keep going when it all feels pointless, and the positive effects our creative self-expression has on our mental health and wellbeing.

This event is perfect if you've been feeling smothered by the stress of all-work-no-play, unfulfilled by what you're currently doing, or you never have enough time to stoke the creative fire within you. It's an antidote for when the creativity has dried up, the self doubt has set in and the hustle has become too much.

Ticket price includes a gift bag and time for Q&A with the speakers. Speakers include Shannon Dooley, the founder of Retrosweat Aerobics as seen on Channel 7’s The Morning Show; BJ Mcneill, playwright and actor currently appearing at the Adelaide Fringe with his play Flawed____like a b_y, a social commentary on homophobia and toxic masculinity in Australia; and Louise Claire Gates, laughter yoga teacher and PhD fellow examining the use of yoga for depression and mental health + more!

It's time to get your spark back and leave high on ideas, re-energized, and buoyant in self-belief after spending 4 hours in this creative collective.

Note: personal experiences will be shared that may include sensitive anecdote or profanity. Those under the age of 18 advised to attend with a parent or guardian. All views expressed are those of the individuals appearing at The Assembly.
