The Wars In Words

The Friends of ANZAC Cottage have built up an awesome library of books about the conflicts that have involved our servicemen and women. On our August Open Day, we are making these available for visitors to the Cottage to browse through, to research and to hopefully find that gem of information or photograph that they have been looking for.

The collection includes some of the more difficult to find and/or expensive books. Facilities for copying will be available on the day (bring your own USB flash drive). There will also be children’s books included, with a storytime for children at 1:30 and 2:45pm.
