WHAT IS ANXIETY?

Anxiety triggers the feeling fear (in this context FEAR = A False Expectation appearing real) which results in overthinking, worry, uneasiness, over-reaction to a situation or an event and can contribute to muscle tension, restlessness, fatigue and pain.
