Truffle World Cup Lunch – France Vs. Italy

Mister Bianco owner/chef Joseph Vargetto will challenge his ex-mentor, esteemed chef Philippe Mouchel to a cook-off. Diners will enjoy 3 delicious courses of truffle based tastes from both France and Italy each paired with matched French and Italian wine. Guests will not only enjoy this fun and delicious lunch but also the pop-up truffle farm.

Owner Joseph Vargetto has partnered with The Truffle Queen, Rachel Truscott, to bring the country to metro Melbourne and with it the very best truffles. The ‘Green House’ dining room will be transformed to a truffle farm with soil, trees and a truffle hunt. Guests will be able to meet a truffle farmer and their dog to learn about the growing and hunting process before they watch the truffle dog find a truffle. All in the comfort of the restaurant.
