Public Talk With revered Tibetan lama His Eminence the 7th Dzogchen Rinpoche, Jigme Losel Wangpo

Have you slowed down long enough to ask yourself why you’re so busy? We don’t even realise how distracted we are from our real purpose, having been hooked by the promise of more through longer work hours and taking on more commitments. Other times we are simply running away from something we fear. This imbalance leads to stress and dis-ease making us time-poor and preventing us from the things that really bring meaning and joy to our lives. Many of us realise we are stuck but don’t know how to make the changes necessary to lead a more peaceful life.

Dzogchen Rinpoche will give a talk drawing on the ancient Dzogchen Buddhist tradition that will speak directly to you, with wonderful heart advice and methods on how to live with the natural flow of life that we were intended to live, from the very beginning.

Doors open 7:00pm, talk begins at 7:30pm.

Following the Public Talk there will be a Three-Day Seminar and Meditation where Dzogchen Rinpoche will go deeper into the teachings on how we can make a real change in our busy lives. We will also have opportunities to practice mindfulness and meditation. Meditation helps us to identify and unplug from unnecessary external distractions which control us, and to create the space we need to allow our life to be joyful and meaningful.
