Wine Island Sydney 2019

Time to get your tropical get-ups ready and book your escape as Wine Island returns, in 2019, for its 5th birthday! Taking place over 3 days from Friday 1 Nov to Sunday 3 Nov, 2019 on Clark Island, this is the place where you can feel like you’re leaving the city while entering the very heart of it.

The event begins as soon as you board the Batch & Co Spritz Boats, departing from Man O War Steps, Sydney Opera House. To get you in the holiday spirit, all holidaymakers receive a choice of either Bondi, Sorrento or Noosa Spritz on the short voyage to paradise.

Upon arrival, it’s a matter of choose your own adventure—sip on premium wines from Australia & abroad; clench your thirst with a cold brew at Jetty Road Brewing Co; discover the Matso’s Island Oasis for island cocktails; drink all the pink at the Rosé Lifestyle beach; get competitive in our island games and treasure hunts; learn a bunch of things at the Wine Selectors & Manly Spirits masterclasses, get pampered at Napoleon Perdis Beauty Bar or dance until the sun goes down. Whatever adventure you choose on the island, will be rewarded.

Fishing for food? There’ll be plenty of choice on the island with all dietary needs taken care of, including juicy Chur burgers, loaded fries, Mediterranean pitas, yum cha, cheese & charcuterie platters, seafood and gelato.

New addition to 2019: The Hampton’s Experience – holidaymakers will enjoy a leisurely cruise across to Wine Island on board their own floating island, the Hamptons. Once moored you will have access to The Hamptons for the entire event. This includes a food & beverage package and a beautiful relaxing space to call your own.

Wine Island is a small island which means only a limited amount of guests are allowed per session. This ensures fewer crowds, more time to chat to winemakers and extra legroom on the island dance floor!

Please note: Wine Island is a session based event and runs daily from 10am to 2pm and 4pm to 8pm.
