Coming to Boonah! The Women’s Adventure Film Tour presented by Paddy Pallin is coming to Boonah and we have an amazing guest speaker who has just arrived back from the US where she became the youngest person to complete a multi-stage ultramarathon on all seven continents.

Jacqui Bell is from Brisbane and her film “Journey to all 7” is featured in this season’s Women’s Adventure Film Tour playlist. Come and meet Jacqui, see her inspirational story and hear her speak about overcoming adversity and addiction.

In addition to Jacqui’s film, this year’s line-up also features an all-star cast of Australian athletes including cliff diver Rhiannan Iffland and climber Angie Scarth-Johnson as well as many more women from around the world in snow sports, mountaineering and mountain biking.

This short film festival is a celebration of the inspiring women around us who are doing extraordinary things in the name of adventure. We will also have a prize draw with some fantastic prizes from our national and local sponsors.

The screening of the Women’s Adventure Film Tour features 7 short films across 110 minutes. The Women’s Adventure Film Tour is exempt from classification, but the films are suitable for the entire family and would obtain G/PG ratings.
