The return of ACO's intimate Underground program features Satu Vänskä, Richard Tognetti, Slava Gregorian and Brian Ritchie.

After two-year hiatus, The Australian Chamber Orchestra’s acclaimed ACO Underground program returns for an intimate, one-night show at MEMO Music Hall. Front-woman and Principal Violinist Satu Vänskä leads an enviable line-up of musicians—ACO Artistic Director Richard Tognetti, the Gregorian Brothers’ SLAVA GREGORIAN and the Violent Femmes’ Brian Ritchie—through a genre-bending evening of music.

Expect everything from Nick Drake to Nine Inch Nails, Bach to Bryce Dessner, Arvo Pärt and beyond, alongside new compositions from Richard Tognetti that are both beautifully hypnotic and darkly transcendent.

This is your chance to get up close and person with some of the best musicians in the world for a wholly different experience of the ACO: electrifying, unexpected, and a little bit sweaty.
