Hosted by Alice Newport, Brand Specialist for Altos Tequila has over 12 years of hospitality under her belt. Before moving to Sydney to start her current role, she split her time between working on the floor, behind the bar and in events, making her the perfect host for this dinner.

In early last year, Alice was lucky enough to spend some time at the Altos distillery, giving her a literal hands on understanding of how Altos is made, and the love and care that goes into making this traditional 100% blue agave tequila.
