The Christmas Shopping Dilemma

Like me, are you still a little hesitant about visiting large shopping centres? Are you ‘over’ buying stuff on-line without experiencing beforehand the touch, the quality and then paying for the return when it doesn’t fit or isn’t quite what you thought you were purchasing?

The Port Melbourne Business Association and Port Melbourne Rotary have solved the problem and for one day are holding a fresh air, outdoor Artisan Christmas Market on Saturday 12th December. With over 100 different and unique artisan offerings ranging from handmade, homemade, locally produced gifts, art pieces, designs, jewellery and more, I am sure you will find something for everyone on your present list – even something for your four-legged friends. There will also be tasty food, music and fun activities for the kids.

From 11 am till 5 pm, you are invited to grab your mask, walk in the sea breeze and enjoy the festivities on Bay Street.

After an extraordinary and difficult year, join the community as it slowly but safely reawakens and take a look at some of the ingenious ways our local businesses have creatively addressed restrictions so we can dine out and enjoy the much-awaited warm weather.

Stay well, stay safe and Shop locally.
